Whoooooo it's finally done!! My my monster is bornnn.

Format is a very simple protogen with one goal; reformat the earth. He believes too many of us have become corrupt (selfish, greedy, downright assholes), so obviously the best solution is to turn society off and on again. In other words, killing everyone. If it lives and breathes, it has to die.
His main method of this is with his harpooning grapple tail which works similarly to how sting rays kill. Thrusting their sharp, barbed tails into their prey, ripping their insides to pieces as the tail is torn out. Format's just has a much, much longer range. If for whatever reason that fails, he has his nice big shredding claws.
He also has what I like to call "pokemon syndrome", in which the only thing he can say is his own name. Well, he got the name because Format was the only thing he could say. However, he has it worse, as he can't even say his name with different tones or inflections, only the one "Format" sound byte.
