Wow man! The curvy perspective, the out- and in-focus environment, the fine detail on each animal, the pleasant color contrast the sunbathed wood gives off; and the humorous point of focus from the middle up. Purely entertaining to look at :) Out of curiousity, how much creative liberty did you have for this piece? Was it very specific?
Thank you very much for your kind words, fabu. As far as artistic license goes, the client originally wanted the dock scene with a pile of animal ears at the bottom; I persuaded the client to go with whole animals instead. As far as species, orientation, and background, that was all up to me.
