Oregon now refund cans and bottles at 10¢ each, when it used to be only 5¢ a can/bottle. So 20 containers per dollar in most other states that refund them is only ten containers per dollar in Oregon as of April 2nd 2017. So 60 Pepsi cans would give $3 in other states, but in Oregon that gives me $6 for that same number of cans.
