Koto hasn't had a ref since I first made them in 2014 :o

But yeah I'm glad they have a real ref now, I need to start working on making refs for all my characters.


Koto has a very simple idea of English and Spanish which is their main way of communicating. They can understand simplistic basic phrases and questions. They speak usually only in one word verbal replies. They can understand more than they can speak.
When they create a deep relationship and connection with someone, it's possible to speak telepathically though this is pretty draining and even so isn't utilized often.

They're pretty bubbly and excitable, they love exploring and being around others. They're pretty childish and get upset easily, wording something wrong or a misunderstanding can lead to a little temper tantrum. Koto is reasonable though, with further explanation they can usually be quelled.

They don't exhale fire or ice, instead their fangs are used to inject venom. Though they are completely in control of when it's released, not all bites are venomous. The venom is rather potent, in small doses it can cause paralysis and/or cause the victim to become disorientated/tipsy. It can be fatal in larger doses, it's a slow death.
Though Kotoko is very passive and avoids conflict as much as possible.
