God it was so much fun to design. The original was half finshed for so long, then I just picked it up one night and BAM.
Mmm, I'm so happy. *wiggles*

The skinned ones punish hunters and trappers. Any one who hurts or kills animals in a violent way. They come in diffirent species too, anything really can be a 'skinned one'. They like to observe, and when they corner their prey usally call on more of their kind to 'revenge' apon the person. I'd describe just how, but haha then I might have to make it mature for comment content. XD

The skinned ones love children though. ADORE children. Because most love animals, and would never do anything intentional to hurt one. Most children cannot see them though, but they like to observe their play like curious dogs.

Mmm I'm gonna draw more of these soon, they come in all species too. I swear if I could animate how they move I would. ;;
