EDIT: Don't get the title? I'll explain it. In the MM9 soundtrack, all of the Master themes (as well as the Wily stages and the special stages) had a name to them. Concrete Jungle, Galaxy Fantasy, Splash Blue, Thunder Tornado, etc. The title of this work just combines Ricky's species with the name of Plug Man's stage theme, Plug Electric.
