In an effort to bring furs of every shape and size the kangaroo party had an extensive plan to better accommodate people from all walks (and flight) of life. It would be difficult, it would take long, but ultimately it would be for the best.

As Ambassador of Hops I can only say that accommodations would be made to enable basic access to the nation's services to both Macros and Micros. More specialized care would have to come from their communities.
Plus, with Macros being able to just scoop up metric tons of earth at a time the mining industry has made huge advances. Some companies even have contracts with Macros where they have the exclusive rights to search on every stomp they make; a few new mines have popped up from that.
