My idea of a time traveling saurian whose job, along with his team, is to protect the timeline from time paradox's and anomalies. He operates from a heavily populated saurian city that is currently phasing through time from the distant past into what will become our future.

There's something about orange street lights that I really like.. the orangeness or perhaps the deep shadows..
