Ok so like I have some family members who own a farm and they asked me
if I could help take down a old chicken coop that is breaking down, so then
I asked Dennis and Skech to help me too. Of course ten mintues into trying to
grab wooden planks from the broken down shack I totally stepped on a huge
nail ;_; I can't do nutin' without hurting myself! Luckily it didnt go into too deep.
Soooo I had to go get a tetanus shot which is starting to hurt and told it will get
worse and Im walking around all glimp like with my sore foot and skech is making
fun of me the whole way...
.. you fuckface.
At least I got out of doing the rest of the work >D

it happend to me when we re did the roof on our house and yeah depends on where they put your shot if its in the
arm you can work it out to where it won't hurt as much i got mine stuck in the arch of my foot that hurt like i get out
also had one get stuck in my hand between the thumb and index finger pulled it out easier than the
foot one
by the way my bro did it to and they had to go in a surgically remove the nail from his foot it went right throught his
shoe and into the heel of his foot the tetnus shot was the easy part he said also they xrayed his foot be fore removing it

*puts antiseptuic on it for you* really would kiss it but we do not know each other that well (or really at all) and you do not know where my mouth has been :D
plus I know that feeling I live on a farm and just slightly helped with fixing up a coop did not do the nail thing this time, however I have in the past it is not fun
though what is really not fun is once my aunt told me to stand on this fence to put a bird house up because the fencing was supposed to be not working, so I did and it was working just fine and I had the option of taking the shocks or falling and getting racked on a barb wire fence. you know if you get shocked by one of those thigns enough you get muscle cramps all over? :D
well anyway get better though hurt

My father stepped on a cement nail once, he didn't know it at the time and just went on with his work. At the end of the day his foot hurt like hell so he removed his boot only to pour blood out of it. It had gone straight up through the bottom of his foot and right up to the top.

it just was a large normal nail used for putting a wood shack together, it was stuck in a board, I stepped on it and it went through my shoe and only went like 1/4 of an inch in my foot, it did not bend and it did not shatter so I donno what the heck youre talking about
Makes me think of when i had an ingrown toenail, took so friggin long to get it taken care of that it had been infected for about 6 months i believe. The most i could do was walk fast, the slightest bump hurt so much. Kind of surprised that theres no permanent damage to my toe now
I feel your pain on this one. I walk barefoot a lot and I stepped on a huge nail when I was a kid. Almost went through my foot, i could see the tip under the skin. How ironic that I pulled it out and kept walking. My cuts heal quickly, and I have not seen any trace of scarring on my right foot. Now That i'm in that state of mind, I'm trying to remember the name of the plant I cut a stem off of to deter the pain...
it was cause the nail was MAGICALLY standing straight up and was the EXACT same color as the road and i stepped on it in full stride *wearing sandals*, for some reason, it didn't hurt and I yanked it out, not like "Im gonna yank this nail out", like "OH FUCK! *falls into a sit and pulls nail out without thinking*"
Oh man, that's terrible. I am glad that you got a tetanus shot. I was going to suggest it if you didn't. I hope that your foot recovers soon also. Watch out for any future nails. They are plotting against us.

Ha! Nearly did the same thing at BCT when my company was on battalion detail (just means that we take care of general shit that everyone uses.) I actually was being kinda careless and nearly put a nail through my heel (thank god our boots have thick soles,) and ended up stabbing myself right at the first joint on my hand twice with a rusty nail. Dunno why, but when you get a puncture wound on the inside of a joint, it makes your whole hand hurt so bad.
