Wanted to draw the place from a dream I had. Since it was raining hot ash (which must've been usual there), the pipes that people live in must be flame retardant. I added a panda-harpy, so their feathers must be flame retardant too. They always wear masks and like to tie their feather tails with elastic, cloth or string. Electrocrow must have a very tough umbrella :)
