I don't normally do cosplay commissions, this is a rare cosplay commission case, because this character is from an indie game ("Dust an Elysian Tail") permission could properly be sought to create this. Also the client has met the creator and is friends with his wife, the wife assured my client that it was ok for them to hire me to make this head and I was given screen cap proof of this.

I took this on not even knowing who Fidget was, I just liked the look of the character and the idea of making it as it is so different than my usual work. I also have not done colored globe eyes in forever and never this complexly painted, and I have yet to take on a commission with such a short face.

Some artistic liberty was taken with the character at the client's approval, such as making the inner ears more bat-like and adding a little pink on the nose.

This is actually a version 2.0 for this client as their cat destroyed the head they made. They sent me the matching fur and the remains of the head so I could match the colors and size of the old one.
