"I'm so original! ._. No, I drew it and noticed that every other artist is doing the whole croc tears thing.
But hey. Here's mine. I guess call it a prolougue to the real peice of art I'd love to do for him when I get the time.
Here at the Zer/Dox household we've been deeply hit by his death. Though we aren't completely sure why.
We've been appreciators of his work, giggle at impressions of him and watched his show. He's not a boreing waspy old guy that's nothing more than a voice on screen.. he get's in there and puts his life at risk.
If I had to choose I'd have to say, yes he was taken too early. He had so much more liveing to do, children to raise and teach the ways of the croc hunting.. Two very beautiful kids.
He had so much enthusiasm for what he did.. I really wish I had some of that, some of his zest for life and his passions. Makes me feel as if I don't appreciate what I do. He truely. Loved. Animals. And what he did for them. He's said before that he'd give his life for an animal any day.
All I can say is this hit us deep, being animals lovers. And not just that. He was easily everywhere.. At least half of the comedians out there will slip into the accent and use his catch phrases for their material. Commercials.. Dr. Dolittle 2..
Anyway. Hope you enjoy this Picture. I'm posting it on Foro Del Monogato FIRST before anywhere else. So here you go."
So here it is on FA uh two and a half weeks later.
My words still stand. I know after I did it looking around at all the beautiful tributes that this was not at all unique.

its a very beautiful picture. I did something with a croc crying too but what more can you do? the thing that kinda bugs me though is people are overusing the phrase "crocodile tears" which is insincere sadness..but this is sincere! I dont think people realize what the phrase actually means...it would fit if it were better but..eh =/
I agree with you. Ya know, to me Terri always came across as dry or somewhat distant to me. Not cold, but she's never really shown any emotion prior to the tragedy (maybe it was because she was always reading directly from a script when she narrated the shows)... but when I saw that interview, I couldn't help but cry for her. I'm not as worried for Bindi, though. She's a tough little girl. I couldn't believe how well she carried herself at the memorial. Yes, I am sure she will have some painful moments, but I think in time she'll be able to care for both the zoo and her family just as well as her father did:)
