Jet and Aries are both loners for the most part, they have pasts that they don't want to talk about and don't have the patience to deal with the younger ones of their group all the time. Jet is more tolerant of them all, but Aries could do without Fluffy and Ruby, and definitely without Requiyen; they're just his sister's annoying friends as far as he's concerned. Vilkas sort of ends up being an exception, as they see him as having more in common with them than the others.
