My only critique/observation/tip is that most people while walking step heel-first, if they're wearing level shoes or are bare footed. Here, the subject is stepping toe-first, which makes for a subtle, slightly awkward looking 'drop' onto the heel. Otherwise it's pretty good! The fluid bounce of the wings are very nice.
