Delicious beverage on a hot day!

25 ml rhubarb vodka*
100 ml spiced rum
12 ml lemon juice

In an ice-filled highball glass, mix all ingredients. Top with club soda, garnish with lime slice.

*To make rhubarb vodka, chop rhubarb stalks, enough to fill a mason jar. Fill with vodka, let macerate for three to four weeks.
