Drawing centaurs and satyrs is always fun, but I figured it would be cool to put them in a classic western setting. In this society, centaurs, satyrs and minotaurs are common enough but forced to live in frontier border towns and plains, while humans mostly inhabit the larger metropolitan centers. Thinking this ol’ sheriff’s name will be Clarence Hoofton.

I might! Yes I was thinking minotaurs would be a bit more surly and kind of the bandits of this world. Not all bad ofc because, well, that's racist, lol. But certainly the minotaurs prefer fighting to settle disputes over calm discussion. I maybe wouldn't mind drawing Clarence in a more compromising position either. :P
He does become the deputy, though at this point in the story, he is just a traveling satyr passing through town. Right place, right time type deal. Clarence needs assistance with some bandits in the midst of a bank robbery and it turns out the satyr is quite handy with his revolvers. Clarence basically insists (with some mild leverage) he signs on as his deputy afterward.
Okay, I don't know if you are planning to make more works about these guys, but I really like the concept. I would love to see this noble steed and his adorable billy goat deputy horsing around in the sheriff's office (this is typically the kind of comments that I should put between a pair of "strike" tags, but I still don't know how you do that on FA). Now I heard you talk about a gang of brutish minotaur desperadoes. Haha, the sheriff and his caprine friend should probably watch their backs... On a side note, I was wondering if you knew Glitter-Trap-Boy's work in progress, Cactus ; http://www.furaffinity.net/view/22312247 . It's about a sheriff and his deputy chasing after a bull outlaw, so I immediately thought about it when I saw your picture.
