You think it looks good? Well it tastes even better!
Just look at that tasty inside :Q
What ya need
salad:
1/4 cucumber
meat (either premade burger patty or minced meat)
burger buns (can be bought like this)
2 onions
3 eggs
1 small tomato
ketchup
remoulade
How to
Cut the onions into strips, the tomato into slices (just eat the top 'n bottom part, they're too hard for the burger) 'n cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Wash the salad 'n rip it into smaller chunks also.
Now for the meat... if you bought burger patties then you saved yourself a bunch of time, otherwise take the meat 'n add a bit of salt, a teaspoon pepper 'n a egg to it. Mash it all together 'n try to shape it round'ish.
(Or better look up how to properly make these things, I went with the prepared burger patties since I'm lazy)
Now that you prepared everything you need we can start heating up the pan 'n add oil to it.
Throw the onions into the pan 'n wait till they look sorta brown'ish.
We do NOT want them burned so watch them closely!
Once the onions are done remove them (won't be done at the same time so just start taking out those who're done whenever they look good).
Now throw the meat into the pan, they will take over a bit of the onion taste what makes it all the better.
One thing you want to make sure of is that the meat is done but not cooked dry. It'll start pink, goes pale, then gray 'n once it starts getting dark/brownish spots you can turn it.
To keep the meat juicy do NOT overcook it - if it looks almost burned it might already be rough as leather..
Done with the meat? fantastic, then turn off the heat 'n get 3 eggs from the cooler.
The next step must be done fast!
Crack them open and pour it into the pan, then destroy the "eye" and mix it up a little.
Since the pan is already hot like sheeeet the white will instantly start getting solid but that's okay as long as you manage to prevent it from burning at the bottom of the pan 'n it turns out like a solid white/orange eggy layer afterwards heh..
Anyways, place the burger buns into the oven for a few minutes to warm them up a little 'n make them go from wobble dry to crispy but still soft in a way haha
It works best if you put them into the oven without pre-heating it!
Now that this's done... either you put the fries into the oven with the buns 'n finish them once the buns are out of the oven... or you try to work around it by getting some microwave or fry fries.
There's plenty of ways to make fries, just do them in a way you prefer the most.
Now we are about ready for the assembling of the glorious goodness...
Take the bottom of the bun 'n add a small layer of salad, then "glue" it together with a small amount of ketchup 'n put the meat on top. Next you add a small amount of remoulade 'n 2 small slices of cucumber 'n 1 small slice of tomato. Once that's done add some of the onions 'n again, glue it together with a little ketchup on top.
Take some of the egg 'n place it on top and you're done!
Optionally add some cheese - I had none at hand but didn't feel or taste like something was missing, to be honest x)
Best served with fries and cola x)
