Did this a while ago.

In my story there is a country in which anyone over the age of 12 gets turn to that age and anyone 12 and under gets turned into the age of 21 until they step off that country.

Well Flora was 12 before stepping foot on that country so she is older here and as for Vincent, who is WAY older than 12 (270 to be exact) is now 12 here.

Flora's already a hand fill young imagine how she is at this age >D
