Umm I designed legs that let a horsesuiter look more like a horse, (leg extensions made of structural aluminum tubing with sping loaded hooves on pasterns and connected by fetlocks ) it incorporates a body frame to take up the tension so you don't damage your Achilles or hamstrings.

Actually we are not wearing latex but spandex. And what you identified as restraints are just pulling harnesses, build for a great look and to share the needed pulling force upon the body.
