When I was a kid my cousin played his music a ton. I've been a huge fan ever since.

Oh, and for an added bonus, the best performance he ever did of that particular song is considered to be the concert he did in Central Park on 13 August 1980. That was when Elton was still nicely coked up, and just a couple of years before he permanently lost his falsetto range.

However the one performance from that concert that people find really, really creepy these days, is when he did Goodbye, Yellow-Brick Road.

Creepy coincidences. Just like the cover art for Saga's album Images At Twilight.

Not sure I'd call it creepy. It's just coincidence that unfortunately highlight's something tragic. The buildings by that point had become pretty iconic in peoples minds so of course they were going to get footage of them.
