Ancient Egypt - EF Doorsign (By Leobo)
HELLO EVERYBODY !
I'm posting this picture to confirm my presence for the EUROFURENCE 2017 (EF23) from the 16th to the 20th of August! ( www.eurofurence.org/EF23 )
An awesome idea I shared with the cutie glowing dino Hekar. As we succeed to book a room for us at the Estrel Hotel in Berlin (where the convention takes place),
we planned to have a doorsign as the last year. Since my previous doorsign was designed by the talented Leobo, we finally decided to commission him again to support
his work and to keep a kind of continuity with the last year. As the furry convention theme of this year is the "Ancient Egypt" I had many ideas based on many paintings,
engravings, sculptures, movies or even video games about this interesting historical period. We shared with the artist some typical clothe concepts art, background but
also some accessories to include in the picture. As a consequence, like I said previously, Leobo worked hardly to create a great picture for us and the drawing will be our
door-sign during the convention =)

He is an really incredibly gifted and talented artist. I did my best to help him with a full detailed descrition for the general design of this picture that we commissioned
to him, I even drew some doodles and shared pictures to guide him. He enjoyed a lot to draw this one! But of course, he's not the only one who enjoyed this picture
I simply loved his really amazing work on this picture.He put nice details and sweet colors on characters and background.The two characters are really well designed!
That's simply perfect Leobo! He also have an adorable friendly personality ^^ and I saw him working during streams, he was really impressive!

Well, I guess Paul's the new Sobek! Which fulfills my desire of seeing Sobek as a gaytor, rather than a croc. He's been a croc for too long!
Also, judging by the atenistic art on the throne, I'd say this is in the 14th century BCE. Which is kind of ironic with that Sobek headdress ALSO on the throne, but goddamn it, do I love it!
Yeah, I know. I'm looking too much into things. It's just Egyptian shit is so goddamn cool!
