Ever since the fight, Matthew has see in more, that monstrous killer watching him closer. A week has passed and he's been chased by it four times and saw it stalking him the rest of the week. Matthew's tried to move on in his classes and keep his grades at a "B" average, but now The First haunts him. Monday night he dreamed of it chasing him down the streets with shadowy people. They cornered him and held him down, and then tried to tear his arms and legs off his flesh. The First watched as it all happened to him, and only ended when Matthew woke up flailing and screaming. He lost sense of where he was, and only gained it back after hitting the hard floor.
"It's getting worse." He heard from the wall "The First is just angry, ever since Jake talked to us."
Matthew looked at the saw where he saw his shadow talking "I noticed, but what can we do?"
"Talk to him!" A woman shouted from the window "E's our friend! E'd elp us no matter the issue!"
"Absolutely not!" Brian shouted, and his shadow body sitting up on the wall and looked to the window "Lass, if he takes us to the asylum we'll be putting hundreds of people at risk."
"Well sufferin in silence es driving us mad!"
Matthew sat up and looked at the window, where his reflection was replaced with a girl version of himself "We all know I'm already insane."
Brian's head turned, whether to look away or at him, was unclear though. "You have a point, we both are just people in your head...." Then he started to murmur "... I wonder..."
"Matt, Lad," Lass said looking down at him "It's gettin more rampant, and it attacked us, We need help. There's no more hiding thae."
"Well, we can't turn to someone with it getting pissed," Matthew said, "Got a better option?"
Then there was a loud banging at the door "hello" A woman's voice came from the other side "Are you okay?"
