I used this story/bio for a character from a dta I didn't win, but I was rather attached to the story, so I made another character that could fit the bio. 

Name: Hazel (as a play on the witch hazel plant)
Age: 17
Likes: Plants and gardening, helping those in need, reading and other activities done in solitude, the simple things in life.
Dislikes: Talking to/being around strangers, large groups of people, being stuck indoors or in small places.

Hazel is a kind and shy garden witch. She has leaves growing from around her neck, which she closes up whenever she gets scared. They also photosynthesize for her so she doesn't need to eat. Her plants are her life. She lives in a little cottage along with Beatrix: http://sta.sh/021y9u3ima6v, tending to a large garden in a sort of symbiotic relationship (you know, bees need flowers and flowers need bees). As you may notice, she is wearing bells all over her. This is because she's so shy and quiet, you need a bell to keep track of her. She mixes up helpful potions from the plants in her garden for anyone in need and is a generally giving person. Pretty much an all around sweetheart.
