But the proportion seems a bit off. Her body is a bit too long if you compare With the head.

the character is suppose to be tall that's why the head looks small.

Height and proportions are 2 different things ^^
No mather how tall or small people are, the proportion will remain the same, unless the person has for exemple Dwarfism. ^^
