- has to be a new outfit for the character
- include all info in first note (generally say what you want the outfit to be like, Lifty will handle the rest and add his panache)

Granted, it's not just SOMBRA suits. As long as it's a new costume for your character (not just swapping clothes with someone else) you can get in on the sale.

Just BE SURE to include all relevant details in your first note. Don't just say "can i get a pic" because that tells me you didn't read the instructions. ^^;
