People change as time goes on; they lose their naivety, they grow mature, and they lose their innocence to the world... but the important thing is not to lose yourself. To not be caught up in the flow of mediocrity, to refuse to blend in and become a face in the crowd, and to always be true to the person you are deep down inside.
Despite all his hardships, facing his Orcish side... the horrors his mother's people were capable of... the prejudice against him solely because of his lineage... the anger he receives when he refuses to draw blood due to his own choices... and everything that one endures simply because of what they were born as... Amit came through it all, staying himself. Choosing the path of saving lives and being one who supports others is a harder role than many admit; to look at someone who wants to end your life and still refuse to take theirs, even in self defense... to patch up someone who moments ago wanted to take all you had and leave you for dead... to only unleash your power when that which is unnatural stands against you and your comrades... that is *true* strength.

tuskforce as a commission, he perfectly and majestically captured Amit later in his life... more mature... grown into a proper adult, taking on the styles of the land he was in, but never losing himself; always dedicated to saving lives, helping people, and working to destroy the walls set up by ignorance and fear, knowing that his existence is proof that the only thing that stops orcs and humans from uniting in harmony instead of opposing each other in violence is themselves.
With his now blooming branch of Iusaaset, the world tree of his home lands, he wields his skills and artes to help people who need it... and help them realize that anyone has the strength to stand on their own... no matter what.
Once again, thank you
tuskforce for this wonderful piece. I was in literal tears when I saw this come up on my feed, since he caught what I wanted to the last detail. A man who's grown, adapted, changed, but never became someone he wasn't; a doctor who wants to learn more about the world around him, never being content with what the already knows.

Thank *you* for capturing him perfectly. It was a treat to see someone who represented you looking like he's grown alongside you. He's shown that you can mature and grow, that you can still understand how the world works, and no longer look at things with naivety, but still hold true to your ideals. Even now he's studying scripture and medical theory all to make sure he's knowledgeable about whatever he may encounter and still believing that one should rely on your skills instead of the miraculous artes that the gods grant.
Thank you for this, and for appreciating him for what he is instead of what he could be -- I greatly appreciate you for it all the more and am definitely working to figure out my next commission for you once you're open again! :)

Played him in D&D for like... five years. Both on chat and in TT. Sadly the game ended early so we never found out what his mission was, but he left a legacy of determination and support everywhere he went.
And a lot of people who found the mysterious and peaceful half-breed curious and drawn to him, whether as students, friends, or even rivals.
