Apart from the craziness... extremely cute! Mew/Lucario-like pre-evo! Comes complete with mini-pants to match with his fully evolved self's baggy shorts!

My sole real beef with the pic is that Lucario's tail and ears are too long but well, Lucario's expression and his pre-evo's cuteness make up for those slight mishaps!
