This was also going to be based off of another Tom Waits song, but partway through this, it was late and suddenly everything I was doing artistically kind of shat all over itself, and then I just got annoyed, put in a grungy background and went "LOL SKETCHY PEOPLES!"
Originally it was supposed to be some trippy, carnival theme, but then I apparently I just decided to randomly fail at it.
I dunno. I like the idea, so eventually (meaning if I don't forget) I'll move this to scraps and retry the idea again... maybe with a bit more success too.
