The smoke/fog that comes from their mouth can become a threat. This is the only closest thing to a 'breath weapon' besides the acidic secretion

White to light grey: harmless

Dark grey to black: the darker it is, the more lethal. Black smoke is immediate suffocation

 Characters depicted unless stated otherwise are always over 21 years old and able to consent! I just love doing size differences n macro/micro themes!
