There's a site called orcpub that's really good for that, but I think the DnD wiki has the race stats too? Although technically the playable stats are only for a Yuan-Ti pureblood, but my DM was nice and let me use an abomination instead (though with nerfed stats of course), actual Yuan-Ti abominations are The Worst.
