The thicker limbs make the character feel younger and cuter, more "cubby" I suppose the term would be. But I think they're both adorable.

Thinner looks better with the way you draw hands with all digits, in the thicker one, the wrist seems to get consumed almost entirely and the thumb seems to be floating in the middle of nowhere .w.

I like to see little characters with thicker limbs, they're so cute and chunky Xp. The first on is thick enough, the second one is good too but maybe a little too much.
