Finally got around of finishing this. My redesign of Mona Lisa.
Now, if you know TMNT, you know Mona Lisa is not mine, but it is a character loved by many TMNT fans and many have made their own interpretations of her, including me.

Okay, let me introduce you my Mona.

She's a Reptoid Alien from the Chlam-Saurin species. A species I just came up with, inspired by the dilophosaurus of Jurassic Park and the frill-necked lizard. Like already shown, this species have a huge frill behind their head/back they can spread out to look bigger when in danger or angry.
They don't have teeth, but more a huge bone with saw-like teeth. There are hidden little claws in their fingertips which are poisonous. One scratch is enough to poison the enemy. Chlam-Saurin can also spit out sticky poison that makes the body all numb.
Last the eyelid. The eyelid is a hard layer that sorta slides into the skull and doesn't fold up like ours does. This hard eyelid is see-through from the Chlam-Saurin's perspective and is often used like some a protective goggles. Or to make the eyes look bigger when in danger.
Chlam-Saurin are also excellent swimmers and diggers.

Mona Lisa is a brilliant scientist and technician, but also a con artist. She uses her skills, intelligence and charms to get what she wants and live a free and sometimes luxurious life. And with Lotus as her partner, Mona can practically do everything she wants.
Because of her life as con artist, Mona uses many names, including Mona Lisa, which is not her real name. Mona choose it when doing research about a planet named Earth and stumbled into some section about renaissance art and was very intrigued by the painting The Mona Lisa.
Her real name is classified and will maybe never be known.

Mona is an alien full of charm and charisma and seems often careless, cause she always has plan up her sleeve. She can act a bit spoiled and lazy from time to time, but not that spoiled and lazy that she can't fight off some aliens who work against her. Mona also often looks a bit selfish, not thinking of others, but is not that cold that she let innocents get hurt cause of her plans.

One day, Mona sets up a plan to catch four certain turtles of the planet Earth to collect the big bounty that's on their head from a certain pink slimey alien (I'm pointing at Krang. I got a bit inspired by the recent TMNT movies). Not knowing that she'll eventually gets stuck with them. And even gets to like one of them (psst... It's Raph).
