I've been experimenting more with the program Hexels and I've been loving it! Would anyone want to commission me for this kind of stuff? I would like to do profile pics or something :) The main issue with this though is that Hexels doesn't crop out that gross border when you add the water effect on a layer so I'll have to fix that some other time in flash.
