Get the joke it is funny, but I also understand why this happened usually. Vore from what I've seen is the only subject that has "levels" which why it is so conteroversal . At the lowest level vore can be seen as an innocent goofy cartoony exaggeration with full tummies (it has been used in cartoons and animated movies multiple times) And on the other end at the highest level vore can becomes something extremely dark, gross, and morbid. And the reason most people react they they do in this comic is because when they hear the subject it's automatically assumed that they're into the latter. And sometimes to hard to tell based off the story with context.

This dilemma is understandable.
