Bio: Born to two human parents whom underwent Government funded genetic modification. Jessica here and her twin brother are the byproduct of what was perceived as a successful venture into what was a form of super soldier program. They are not sure why she and her brother were born as they are but their parents had seen that they not be brought into said program.

As such Jessica's childhood was relatively military free for the most part. Her parents still went on missions while they were left at home under the care of a friend to the family and retired marine veteran. It was in this environment that Jessica discovered her power. One day she had decided to climb a tree that overhung over the road. With her weight on one of the branches, it snapped and she plummeted to the road below. However there also just so happened to be a truck traveling at high velocity down the road at this time and Jessica had fallen right in its path. The truck collided and threw her approximately thirty feet down the road. She came out of that incident with only a dislocated shoulder. She was at the age of five when this occurred.

As Jessica grew her life was a difficult one due to many of the kids latching onto her unique appearance and constantly harassing her over it. All of this changed however when one day a disgruntled school board member burst into Jessica class and decided to hold everyone there hostage, making demands to the city for changes to be made and the rest of the school board investigated. It was in this moment that something inside Jessica stirred and she felt she had to do something. In defiance she stood up and confronted the man only for him to open fire on her. When she pulled her hand away to find no injury, that feeling from earlier now surged forward and Jessica charged the man, shrugging off any shots he fired at her. By the time the police arrived at the classroom where they were being held. Jessica had already rendered the man prone and unconscious with his hands tied behind his back. This was the defining moment for Jessica as she soon realized the feeling for what it was, a want for justice.

Life unfortunately is ever unfair as eight years later the day after Jessica's high-school graduation, she, her twin brother Asalis, and their younger sister Esmeralda Jenkins received an unexpected visit from a marine in full dress uniform on their doorstep carrying an envelope. They were on mission and died as the result of interference from a rogue super powered vigilante whom claimed that he had only been trying to help. He hadn't intended to kill them, yet their blood was still on his hands. It was in this moment that Jessica's desire for justice had been tempered. Before she used to hold people like this individual in high regard, doing what needed to be done for justice. However now having seen one of the possible end results, she now viewed them all for what they really were. Such individuals needed to be held accountable for their actions.

Now she stands as a proud member of the local Police Department at the rank of Detective. She is also a proud advocator against super powered individuals whom take the law into their own hands to fulfill their own sense of vigilante justice.
