We have proven conclusively that I do not sleep well while the vehicle is in motion.
We did this across two multi day train trips last fall, one a three and a half day journey, the other a much longer eight day sight seeing scenic return trip.
Longest period of actual sleep was one and a half hours, somewhere between Reno and Salt Lake City.
