Icon for Sheazubutt!

I was asked to make a Cave Story themed portrait/icon with some kind of small animation. i've never played Cave Story myself, and the portraits looked like they'd be simple enough to emulate, but goodness! If your not accustomed to doing something, it doesn't matter how simplistic it looks. It's going to be a little tough.

Still, it was a fun little pixel project and I learned a couple things along the way. So special thanks to Sheazubutt for commissioning me for this little project! 'v'
