I haven't been much for bases anymore, but after my surgery I have primarily just wanted to color things for a bit. When I saw this base, I instantly thought of my friend,
foracal and how his sona would look so great there.
At first I was just going to make a ref sheet, but then I made the bg and things happened. (if you still want the Ref sheet foracal, let me know. I still have the flats saved. xD)

First of all, splendid work on the background! That lake looks so inviting, I could go for a swim there. I can practically hear those waterfalls.
The composition is great as well and I love how the red elements stand out against the mostly blue background.
Moving on to the character, I have nothing to say but fabulous. She radiates confidence and strength and I love it.
