Covering Withered This time

Basically Withered have "chewed-out" Ears and Horns but the shape of it CAN alter the whole body structure.
Textures can be: Shapes, Rust ,Burns.

Withered Types can ONLY be Common and Uncommon
Not Hybrids nor Elites.

Also:
Common Ears + Uncommon Horns = Uncommon
Common Horns + Uncommon Ears = Uncommon
