Re11 did again a very well done artwork with the design of another chara of mine, Arctaros.

He is a demon god and Emperor

He posseds the keys to open the entrance to Tartaros and with his power to control time and space he can abolish the borders separing different world.
Therefore he is powerful enough to be placed in same rank as Erebos, Tartaros, Nyx, Eros and Gaeia
Rumours even claim he is a descendant of Chaos and therefore the youngest of those ancestral gods. Also its getting claimed he his the major force behind conflicts, wars and agony of the different existing worlds but no evidence is available...
In fact he isn't pure evil and is not the claimed force.. but
His status and origin makes him feared by all different existing beeings (demons, humans, elfs, etc) and causes him a terrible and unwanted solitude which makes his decisions mostly incomprehensible as nobody wants to understand him..
