From the fanfiction LouRou and I are planning. Desolas II Arterius, commemorated in a statue on the Presidium. Yup, he is the 'Shepard' of this 'verse, as well as the son of General Desolas Arterius and Lieutenant Abrudas. Basically we are wanting to make a less human-centric storyline (and we're tired of human protagonists).

I did get a tad bit of inspiration for the holding up ofr the Citadel bit from the works of :deveuderion: and I hope that's not copying! The sword is meant to be a mexta, a ceremonial turian sword that is also a symbol of authority. And of course, the Reaper he's standing on is Harbinger. (Harby looks quite miserable doesn't he?) The whole statue is made of marble, something the asari and turians both use.
