These pretty much don't exist in the wild anymore. Fortunately they do fantastically in captivity, so the San Diego Wild Animal Park is doing a conservation program along with a few other zoos trying to breed back a population that can be re-released in the wild. Both males and females have the horns and they were hunted to near extinction because of them. The Zoo has a very healthy and large herd.
From my Trip to the San Diego Wild Animal Park.
Please, do not watch me for any photography, I am an anthro artist who happened to get her hands on a camera. I do hope you enjoy the photos though. I just don't regularly do photography. Fell free to brows through my gallery, I will have quite a few photos from this trip.

I thought you would like this photo, that was pretty much the reason for me posting it.
They were amazing, the tram is cool but the animals are pretty far off. I was using a camera with pretty good zoom and I still couldn't get everything. Its fine though, all the animals have huge pens and they look pretty happy. There were a ton of baby things but they were so small none of their photos came out.
