Finally made an info sheet for my species, Mothlions! A trait/anatomy guide is next.
Stuff that didn't fit on the sheet:
Mothlions do not have sexual dimorphism (meaning males and females look the same). Oftentimes, people don't know what sex their mothlion is unless it happens to lay eggs. When mothlions molt, their manes grow out until they cover the whole body, forming a cocoon.
Motlions are adorable but they are dumb as bricks. They have insect-like intelligence, meaning they are very adept at certain things (like finding every scrap of unprotected food in your kitchen and finding new and inventive hiding spots) but are incapable of learning and being trained. Makes for amusing Youtube videos. Unlike cats, dogs, rabbits, and other traditional pets, they do not for emotional bonds to their owners. That doesn't stop people from pretending that their pet mothlion loves them, though. This is not usually a problem, but if your mothlion happens to undergo a final molting and emerge as a Lionheart, you'd best remember that your 600 lb fuzzy buddy is not actually your friend and WILL straight up murder you if he feels like it.
Mothlions are a close species (although there are some for sale here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/23201981/ )
