Ok this is something I was working on for months and finally finished. My first ever drawing of xenomorphs, made for my boyfriend for his birthday cus he loves xenomorphs. He refers to me as his queen and I refer to him as my warrior, so thus the picture. Didn't have many good reference pictures to work from so its not great, but I worked really hard on it. You'll notice at least on the queen's side it stops in sort of an oval shape, thats because i made this to burn onto piece of wood as his present, so the wood was oval shaped and yeah. Anyway this was the sketch, i then traced a neat copy which i put on the wood and went over with a knife/dead pen to carve lightly into the wood which i then burned in. Pain in the butt. Didn't really like how it turned out on the wood either but I did my best, will try and get pictures of the wood up soon too. I cleaned and darkened it up when i scanned it by the way, its actually much messier looking in real life lol. I plan to try and color it in photoshop at some point.
