Oh my god, another horrible sunday at work, what else is new? Hahaha... At the very least, I don't work tomorrow and I am going to a restaurant to celebrate my...28th birthday which is tomorrow! God...I feel a little older every time...
So this was my birthday present to myself, on Saturday, I just spent a lazy day. I didn't feel like drawing something too complicated. At best, the most complex thing I came up with was the wrinkles in the covers. I may have hinted that Eliza lived with a roommate, well there they are, but I am not ready to say who it is yet, so you all get a vague back view of them *grins*
Anyway, I have to go, I`m going out to eat. Have a good Sunday night everyone!

Seeing you asleep so peacefully is really adorable. Especially with you hugging your pillow like that. (Which I do as well, actually. >.> That or the bunched-up blanket. Lol.)
Even though it's all pencil, I can easily tell from the shadowing you did with it that it's morning, or supposed to be. It really sets the mood well! :D

Thanks Kaiju, It really is supposed to be morning, and I might have let the pic be a bit too bright to express that, but it still works. Usualy I`m not in bed at the same time as my roommate, by then, I have a pillow under my head, and one wrapped around my arms against my chest, but oh well. =3
The perspective wasn't that hard to do, I just think of every scene like a photograph, somehow it helps me determine distances rather well atleast for me. The lighting and shadows is a bit harder to figure out tho especially since I work with a since tool and have a limited range of shades. But thank you Legathin.
By the way, I looked at some of the stuff you do, and I wish I was half as good as you are, I do want to try my hand at 2D frame by frame animation at some point in my life to give more life to my OC.

Why does it always have to be super busy at work right when half the staff is eating lunch at the back? Also, I had a client buy like 220 t-shirts and I had to scan them all one by one. Its no joke, she was buying children t-shirts for a charity since we sold them at 1.50$ each. That's just the tip of the iceburg, but anyway, that was yesterday. I am relaxing today ^^~
