This is the badge I commissioned for Anthrocon 2015 from  redcoatcat! She was really great to work with.

RedCoat is known for doing artwork set in historical periods, and when talking to her about possible art subjects I learned that more often than not most people got pictures of themselves as civil war soldiers, wwII soldiers (from both sides of the war) and the occasional sailor. My friend who directed me to commission her told me that she likes challenges so I came up with the image of a masquerade ball at the Palace of Versailles. It was apparently not something she'd been requested to draw before but she did an awesome job.

I don't believe she does badges in this style anymore because the art supplies needed to do this antiqued feel are hard to find now? Don't quote me on it.
But holy crap if this badge isn't getting worn on every con I ever go to from now on. Really, really excellent job and I love how it came out.
