
My new microwave came in today I love it first thing I did was heet a cup of water in their for one minute and it really got hot (( "Note to self" little cubs should not stick finger in cups of hot water freshly out of microwave just a note)) That S***T is HOT!! After that I did a bag of popcorn later on and this has a cook sensor in it so when you put something like a bag of popcorn and it and hit popcorn on the control panel it starts but it does not start the mechanism for the power for about 20 seconds while it detects the microwave bag and then it starts the power and pops a perfect bag of popcorn this is also supposed to work on vegetables and meats and for defrost, on defrost you just you just put in the way of the product that you are defrosting and it adjusts the power level and defrost time have not tried that yet but so far I say that this is a very good microwave.
Now it's far as Lowe's goes and what they call a special order which it seems all appliances there are a special order they only carry displays on their show room floor I was very disappointed for one anything that is special ordered from them take 16 days to get to them which I think is a little long especially with today's Internet service and communications and computerized everything, my order was supposed to be there last Thursday when I called to find out if it was there or not they could not tell me where it was at it was on a delivery truck somewhere is all the information I could get from them and it shouldn't have been there so I was told one Saturday although I found out that their trucks do not one on Saturday which I thought was a little ridiculous for a well-established company like Lowe's so I called on Saturday and I was told that it was not in the store yet but should be there on Monday, today so I called their at 12 o'clock or roughly thereabouts and they told me that it was not there that it still has not arrived yet so I got the corporate number two Lowe's I-800-44LOWES, have not called them yet probably first thing tomorrow as I have a lot of phone calls to make tomorrow (This little bears got a lot say especially about their website) that being said I talked with a CSM "Customer Service Manager" told her my situation and she said she would call me back now don't get me wrong the actual people at Lowe's are very nice and very understanding and helped me out a lot and found that my microwave was at their store and had it ready for me when I arrived to pick it up just have a lot of problems with online Lowe's ordering system and the fact that it takes 16 days to ship something to their store from the manufacturer.

Thank you very much I like that I am working on my kitchen I can sit back and look at it and make changes as I go I will be trimming and the microwave a little bit more so it's a tighter fit it will be about a 1/2' clerics are around the microwave and I have to drill a couple of vent holds in the vent stack behind the microwave on its one side so if I am using it a lot I can vent it a little better but I think a 1/2' clearance around the microwave should be good for everyday use and it will look a lot better when I get the red brick wallboard around it.
