Done at a local art jam, where we all get together and draw for fun and just to hang out. Met a guy there and he asked me to draw his feline character sledge, he looks like a siamese when in color and has long red hair. Thought it was cute plus I have an affinity for cats :D
He has this cool chain whip weapon I had to make a major part of the pic. Oh and he doesnt usually have wings but I thought it added a bit to the piece, maybe they are just attached to his jacket. hes a BAMF :D
