On an ordinary day in a not so ordinary bounce castle, a certain alicorn toy and plush cat were rummaging through some toys to play with for the day. After all, a monarch of toys doesn't just have animate toys serving in the kingdom, even old rescued toys and parts of toys end up in eir castle to be repaired or used for repairs.
One such item was an old wooden music box, quite large to the toys compared to your average human sized critter, Trask squeaked in joy as it reminded em of the music box inside eir. "Hey Viken! look! a big music box!" ey turns the crank on the side and the lid slowly opens to a melodic tune to reveal a rounded wooden platform that spun, but seemed to lack something on it...
"That's those cute music boxes with the dancers Trask, but it seems like they went missing, but I know this song, It's used in ballet! I think I got an idea." Viken steps onto the platform, luckily her being just a stuffed toy, she barely puts any weight onto the mechanism. "Ooh! I see! so what's your idea?" the carousel toy alicorn stares at her curiously, "Turn the thing and I'll be the dancing ballerina the music box is missing, okie?" Trask nods and begins to turn it, the music begins playing and Viken adopts a starting pose, slowly, gracefully moving with precise gestures and fluid motion.
"Wow... you dance so beautifully Viken!" Ey watches on in awe and joy, eir hoof never ceasing to turn until it was finished It's song, indeed, to Trask, she was a very lovely dancer, clearly she did this before! The pair spend a long afternoon playing and on that day, Trask learned that one of eir close friends in the kingdom was an accomplished ballerina.
