Hmmm! I quite like the theme of this image, and the way you've captured the mixture of solid and goopy liquid with your brush and linework. I also think that's a really cool composition, too. The horizontal nature of it works very well! Perhaps my only 'criticism' is maybe the fingertips on the outstretched hand look a bit too soft and indistinct, but it doesn't make the piece look any less good :)
